This dividend can be calculated as the value per share, by dividing the value established to the total number of shares. To calculate the gross amount you are entitled to you can apply this computation formula: number of shares held * the amount of the dividend per share.

TLV means Banca Transilvania on the BVB.
Each listed company has a stock symbol, i.e. two or more characters identifying a security, such as shares.
Trading on the stock exchange is done through a broker. In this respect our colleagues from BT Capital Partners can help you. Our advice is to open a trading account on BT Trade. The process is simple and can be done both online and in person (by going to one of the BT Capital Partners branches).
The price of shares on the stock exchange market is formed according to supply and demand, and the price of a transaction is realized where demand meets supply.
In addition to supply and demand, the price of a share can also be influenced by events inside or outside BT (portfolio acquisitions, entry into new markets, financial results, management decisions, the political and economic context, general economic and capital market developments, crisis situations, etc).
Trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange starts at 10:00, with the opening of the trading session. In each trading session, there is a reference price of the symbol - the price against which the price change of the symbol during a trading session is calculated.
If the interest in listed companies increases, this can lead to an increase in share prices relative to the reference price, with the shares trading "on green" (positive changes). Otherwise, if there are price corrections against the reference price, the shares trade "on red" (negative changes).
Stock market investments through BT Capital Partners involve the following costs:
- Trading fee (between 0.4% and 0.8%, depending on the amount initially invested or the turnover of the last three months of trading);
- Custody fee (0.5% of the value of the share portfolio at the end of the year - minimum 18 RON and maximum 49 RON; for the first year, the fee is 18 RON);
- Dividend collection fee (10 RON/symbol regardless of the value received).
BT's profits can be distributed to its shareholders, proportionally to the number of shares held. These amounts represent dividends.
According to the current Tax Code, the income from stock exchange market activity is taxed at a level of 10%. You can declare them by filling in the Statement 212, during the current year for the previous year.
Payment of the tax due is performed from the moment the declaration is submitted to ANAF, but no later than 25th May.

- Record date is the date set by the General Meeting of Shareholders which helps us, as a listed company on the stock exchange, to identify the shareholders who will receive dividends or other rights. In other words, the GMS resolutions have effects on those persons holding TLV shares on that date.
- Ex-date is the first day on which those who will buy shares will no longer receive dividends or other rights. The effect is generally felt through a price correction on the market.
- The dividend payment date is the date from which a shareholder takes possession of the dividends.
- The record date is the date on which you must have your TLV shares registered with the Central Depository in order to be entitled to vote at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
Currently (march 2022), the bank now has over 43,000 shareholders, of which almost 70% are Romanians.
