Cosmin Călin
Cosmin Calin is the newest member of BT’s Leaders Committee, since May 2026, a role in which he oversees the Large Corporate, Structured Finance and Factoring divisions. With over 25 years of experience in banking, he contributes to the development of one of the bank’s most important business segments, Large Corporate.
He has been part of the BT team since 2018, and until May 2026 he served as Senior Executive Director of Large Corporate, Structured Finance and Factoring. His professional career also includes 13 years of experience at Banca Romaneasca, Bancpost, and EFG Bank.
Cosmin Calin is also a member of the BT Pensii Board of Directors, contributing to the company’s development strategies regarding pension funds.
He holds an Executive MBA from the Academy of Economic Studies, the National Institute for Economic Development – Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM – Paris), and the Faculty of Economic Studies in Foreign Languages (SELS), English Department, Bucharest.
He was born in 1977 in Sibiu.
